Douglas Neil Collins

Doug was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He was intelligent and could make you laugh at any given time, regardless of the situation. He had a contagious, goofy grin that matched his personality.

Doug always liked to look good and he enjoyed cooking. He was loyal to those he loved. He had a very protective nature when it came to his family. You did not speak negatively around him about his mom, his little sister or his big brother. He was an animal lover and a daredevil.

Doug will be missed by his family and we all look forward to the day we will see that goofy grin again.

Left to cherish so many good memories of Doug are his mother, Karen Collins. His father, Doug Lapchynski. His little sister, Rebecca Collins (fiancé, Jonas). His big brother Benjamin (Kaitlin) Collins. His nephews, Auryn and Eoin Collins, and Slater Collins. His niece, Harper Goan-Collins. His grandma, Stella Collins. His papaw, Kernie Collins. His uncles, Keith (Tina) Collins and Brad (Lora) Collins. His aunt Teresa (Steve) Clark. As well as a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 E. Linden Ave. Miamisburg, OH 45342. His family will also receive friends for a short time on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of funeral services at 12 Noon at the funeral home with Rev. James (Skip) Collins officiating. Graveside services will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, OH.

Pallbearers: Benjamin Collins, Rebecca Collins, Keith Collins, Brad Collins, Harper Goan-Collins, and David Eury.
