She was born September 9, 1930 in Paris, Arkansas the daughter of John “Hall” and Vergie (Reames) Webster. Bettye was a member of the Dayton Dental Auxillary and was one of the original members of TWIGS in Dayton. She enjoyed cooking and was known for her gardening skills. Bettye was also an artist and liked to work with floral arrangements, dried flowers, and sea shells.
Bettye is survived by her children, Ginger Masters (Scott), Jim Bustillo (Bev Guy), Frank E. Bustillo (Gina) , and Mark R. Bustillo; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers, John Frank Webster and Daniel Webster; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dr. Frank R. Bustillo; grandson, Zachary Bustillo; brothers, Arnold Hall Webster and J.B. Webster.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 9-11 AM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM with Rev. Michael G. Hout officiating. Burial will follow at David’s Cemetery, Kettering.
