Roberta Helen Morrison

Roberta Helen Morrison, née Rosenbaum, passed away on August 23, 2024, at the age of 81. Born in Philadelphia, PA, on August 18, 1943, Roberta met and married her husband, Robert Morrison, in San Francisco, CA before eventually making her home in South Florida.
Roberta was a talented and respected paralegal and the proud proprietor of First Home Title. She was deeply admired in her professional community for her dedication and expertise. Roberta was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bob Morrison (affectionately known as Uncle Bob to both family and friends), and her parents, Joseph and Eve Rosenbaum.
She is survived by her loving sister, Merle Weiss (Danny) of Miami Beach; her nephews Jim Telepman (Susan) of Palm City and their daughter Blair; Doug Telepman (Toni) of Revere, MA, and their children Zachary and Josh; Matthew Telepman (Cristina) of Palmetto Bay and their children Gabi and Jakob; and many cherished cousins across the country. Roberta also leaves behind her beloved dogs and constant companions, Zoey and Sissy, and her salmon-crested cockatoo, Tommy.
A devoted fan of the Miami Heat, Roberta’s passions extended to her family, friends, and animals. Her warm presence and generous spirit will be profoundly missed.
She is under the care of Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels at Mount Nebo/Kendall Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions in Roberta’s memory to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
A celebration of Roberta’s wonderful life will take place at a future time and place to be determined.
A graveside service for Roberta will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels at Mount Nebo/Kendall Memorial Gardens, 5900 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33143.
