Born on 2/2/1933 in Puerto Rico, Ramon Velez was the son of Domingo and Primitiva Velez, brother of Rose and Josefine. He was a veteran in the Korean War in the 364th Infantry with Honorable Discharge in 1954. Family always came first for my Dad. He was a hard worker, worked for NY Transit authority where he retired from.
He Is survived by the love of his life Jacinta, whom he was married to for 65 beautiful years, a love story that will last forever, two children Ramon and Nancy, grandchildren and family members. He was and will always be my hero and my copilot. Whenever we went out he sat in front right next to me. Today your seat is empty Dad but I know you are always by my side guiding us always. Thank you for being the amazing Dad you were and still are to Jr and myself, for all the advice and lessons you taught us for watching over us. Always teaching to do the right thing. I know you will take care of mom from up there we will watch over her down here. Miss you so much. Until we see you again. Love. You
