Rafael Urbano Fernandez, age 92, of Surfside, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. Rafael was born December 10, 1927 in Banes, Holguín, Cuba.

Rafael is survived by his spouse, Maria Fernandez.

A visitation for Rafael will be held Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8TH ST, MIAMI, FL 33135. A burial will occur Monday, July 27, 2020 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th Street, Miami, Florida.
