My father was a great business person.   In the 1950's his company, Hart Construction, built several small apartment buildings, and our home in  Montreal, Canada.    As a child I was on many construction sites.   He paid for my college education and helped me with housing in the 1970's.   He also bought me a Mitsubishi car in 1999.  

My mother was very dear to me.. She was a perfect homemaker and friendly to everyone.

Dear Sybil, Alison, Lyndia and Natalie -- 
I was so very sad to hear first that Paula was in the hospital and then, before we could even take in all that meant, she had passed.  To go quickly was a blessing for her, but it is just so wrong that you were not able to be with her.  I am so sorry.   I know you'll miss your mother and bubbie very much.  Love to you all.  Julie
