I worked with Mike in the 1980s and remained friends with him over the years. The last time that I visited with him was in June of 2012 at his home.  We had a wonderful time talking about "the good old days."  I will certainly miss him.  He was a brilliant, funny, and wonderful man.

I just learned of Mikes passing in the U. Of M magazine . I was a fraternity brother of Mikes at the U as undergraduates and have fond memories of him. Paul Tocker

On my last visit to Miami, Mike invited me to lunch at his home.  I was looking forward to my next visit this month but it was not to be.  We'll all miss you, Mike.  My condolences to the whole family.

I am so saddened to learn of the loss of Michael.  I have so many wonderful memories of him -- he was such a very special, strong and wonderful man.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing.  As a young(er) lawyer Mike was a friend, a mentor, and, a friend.  He was always upbeat & positive.

He will be missed.

We remember well our Friday night's at Cye's Rivergate in the 1980's where all the attorneys from downtown went for happy hour.  We all danced and had the best time and Mike certainly knew how to enjoy himself.

Michael was a very sweet man, so optimistic and brave.  He inspires us to face life's challenges in a positive way.

So sorry to hear about my cousin Mike's passing.  I remember lots of smiles and protective teasing from him as a little girl.  His presence will be missed but all those whose lives he touched will remember him with fondness.
