Luis Alfredo Hernandez, age 57, of Miami, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. Luis was born June 3, 1964 in Lima, Peru to Polonia Hernandez and Luis Alfredo Hernandez.

Luis is survived by his wife, Martha Hernandez; son Carlos Pulido; daughter Daniella Hernandez; and son Camilo Hernandez; father Luis Alfredo Hernandez and mother Polonia Hernandez.

A visitation for Luis will be held Sunday, July 18, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Sunset, 7355 SW 117 Ave, Miami, FL 33183. A burial will occur Monday, July 19, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Dade South, 14200 Sw 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33186.
