A year of firsts have went by, we all know how that feels, but know as time goes by little memories of happy times together pop in and then those crazy dreams where you wake up and say hey! I can only hope you can see this message.  We all miss you much more than any words could express.  I miss you calling me Aim. I miss telling you about the fish I see and all my doctor appointments.  It's a very cold life without you.  I hope you are with Mom and Dad.

We are taking good care of Kim, but she is heartbroken.  Cathy is going to NY! That is big news I would have loved to share with you.

So sorry to hear about Jeff's passing.  I remember playing kick-the-can and all the times playing "ball" on 20th Terrace with Jeff, Gary Silverman, Marc Luna, Gary Kaplan, Marc Seltman, Mitchell Freed, and all of the others from our Everglades Elementary neighborhood.  Jeff was a very good athlete and very smart, but just loved fishing.  We also swam often in our pool

My deepest heart-felt condolences go out to Amy, Scott and Cathy.

I asked Jeff to give me a sign that he was ok.  I woke up to a flower on my gardenia plant today.

We lived across the street from each other as little kids and all played outside til the street lights came on, as they say, and then some. I have quite a few memories about those days, but one stands out the most about Jeff. He was like  David of the Partridge Family on the block to
me, always smiling, cute as could be, but I was really young and never said anything about that til now. Coming to your house was always fun, and we had a great block of kids to run around with. I fed the koi for you today and they were swimming upstream.  You have persevered and your battle is over.

Jeff and I love the koi, and I always fed them for him, and for me.

Many of them appeared today,  as if to say goodbye.

How can I miss you so much when you just left? I may not have told you but you are my hero, and always will be. You fought so many
battles in life. Thank you for protecting me from life’s flying paint
darts, and for my being able to
proudly tell the bullies that I was going to “go get my brother” if they
continued. If only I knew how to get you past that final obstacle which you conquered so valiantly for so
many years. Thank you my brother for teaching me the meaning of courage. Now, when I go to sleep each night, I will ask myself what I have done to show the courage you taught me.
