The wave of emotions... shock... denial... heartbreak... a piece of me died with you Hans... without you, the world has definitely lost a light.  We met in high school (my crush 🥰), met up again in college, reconnected yet again years later.  The memories make me smile... watching you play pool at Hooligans, coffee at Van Dykes, picking out a tattoo by Lou, sundettes at TCBY, dancing at MarsBar, FIU football (with the Hurricanes on your portable TV, of course), just hanging out in the kiddie park...  never, ever a dull moment with you!!  Until we meet again... God bless you Hans.  😘

Hans , you were always such a positive guy , a true gentleman , always smiling and a entertaining storyteller ! I loved your stories every morning downstairs in Bottega , you always made us laugh as you would eat your breakfast  the  healthy Omlette appeared to be your favorite cuz it was almost every day , you would offer a piece to anybody that was as the table bc you always were so giving ! I would pour you a cafecito shot to go with it ! I must say one of my favorite stories was hearing all the goods you would find at the “Pastoras “ store  from expired creams to Ur “ My pillow” RIP Hans  💔 you will be missed by so many 💔😢 😔 you will always be with us my friend 😔

Hans, you were always a kind and gentle person. I never saw you without a smile on your face. Although years and distance separated us, you will always be my friend. God bless you. 

Hans ... you are beautiful person;  always willing to assist others.  A ray of sunshine!  You touched the lives of so many people.   You will never be forgotten.  Your spirit lives on!

I spoke to you around this time last week just outside our building and I could not believe it when they told me you were gone. Life really isn't fair sometimes. You were such a great person with a true heart of gold. I will never forget the moments we shared...from putting you on your 1st Mahi & poker games with the motley crew, to the times we joked around in and around the office. May you Rest in Peace my friend. My condolences to your family. 

Hans I will definitely miss not having un cafecito just talking about work and life. I'm glad I had the opportunity to speak with you a couple weeks ago.  R.I.P. 🙏

My Dear Hans ,
 I have not fully grasped that I will never get to embrace you and or hear your voice again. I will truly miss you, such a wonderful soul, genuinely sweet person on the inside and outside. I’m sending prayers and strength for your family as they grasp the pain of not having you here. You have gained your wings and I pray your soul is at peace 🕊 The memories shared will be something for me to hold onto. My screensaver has changed to the African Wildlife you always got excited about. Love you always ❤️ 

Everytime we spoke you were always happy and in good spirits. You light up the room. We had many conversations and you always gave me great advice. I am in total shock. May God rest your soul. We are all going to miss you.
