Born on March 24, 1930, Greta’s life was one marked by dedication to family, and the community. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and began her career as a first-grade teacher.
It was during her time as a teacher that she met her husband, Sheldon Munach, and together they built a life filled with love, raising their two sons, Dana Munach and Adam Munach. Greta’s greatest pride came from her family, as she poured her heart into creating a nurturing home for her children and grandchildren.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Dana, Adam, Daughter-in-Law Selene and her three cherished grandchildren, Samantha Munach Murphy, Jesse Munach, and Sheridan Rose Munach. Greta’s joy continued with her two great-grandchildren, Sterling Murphy and Jayce Munach, who brought light to her later years.
Greta will be remembered for her boundless kindness, and the deep love she gave to her family. Her warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her.
