Many years ago now, I worked at Iron Gate Products on 54th St. in NYC.  Jerry Stein was my boss.  I liked him very much.  He was an original and a gentleman.  We imported comestibles from all over the world.  It was a fun job.  Jerry was also the President of the Wine and Food Society.
I know that he is somewhere in heaven with the creator having a great time.  Bless his whole family and thanks for the great memories.  They are probably all gone now.  
It was a great job to have.  I was maybe 20 years old.  I will always remember and be glad he was my boss and my friend.  James would come up with a new kilo of caviar to open and I would grab some to put on my bagel.  How good was that?  God bless.

I was a neighbor of Gerry's for many years residing at Gables Waterway Towers in Coral Gables, Florida.
He was a very interesting man that I always enjoyed talking to.
I was trying to do 3 or 4 laps in the pool years ago, when Gerry came down and did 80for his 80th birthday.
I did sell Reva and Gerry's condo many years ago, and just learned yesterday at Temple Judea, that he passed away.
May he rest in peace !
