William Joseph Rouse, age 58, passed away on March 1, 2017. “Uncle Bill” was born in Hazel Crest, Illinois on September 20, 1958. He moved to River Ridge in 1972, and became a true New Orleanian, embracing the city and all its traditions. He will be missed by his family and his many, many friends who loved him dearly. A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, Louisiana.
