Wayne Joseph Cowan passed away at his home on Thursday, January 30, 2014 after a battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Tammy Reggio Cowan for 23 years. Loving father of Andrew Joseph Cowan and Melanie Samantha Cowan. Son of Hugh Joseph Cowan, Jr. and the late Doris Boudreaux Cowan. Brother of Mona Cowan Simon (Randy), Kenny Cowan (Patricia) and Diane Cowan Rougelot (Sid).
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 12: 00 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Joseph Hospice and Palliative Care LLC, 19500 Helenberg Rd., Suite C, Covington, LA 70433 are preferred.
