I miss you so much. Its been a month since you left us.  I think about you everyday.

I miss you terribly! I'm so sad at the fact that we all will have to go on with our lives without you. Every day Bella sees your picture, she says "PawPaw! " with a smile. The fact that Christian and Bella won't have you to give them advice, make them laugh and grow up with you here breaks my heart. No matter what, you are family. I know we had a lot of talks about that.. You meant to much to us for anything to break our bond. I will always and forever love you. As we reflect back in time going back to the first time both my Husband & I met Shawn, he is always smiling, laughing whole heartedly, and always giving a helping hand. Shawn has a huge generous heart and would give anyone the shirt off his back! I remember all the great times we all had in school together. Shawn always made everyone laugh....He is very witty, very kind and a great man! May God's love comfort you all and somehow, in some way, ease your pain and suffering for the loss of your Son, Brother, Father, Uncle, Nephew, & dear friend to all, Shawn McCarthy. Today the heavens have received a Mighty Angel...who we know, will always be watching over each and every one of us always and forever!   My prayers go out to you.  I loved Big Shawn, aka Shrek.  I worked with him for years at Crazy Johnnies, he even came to my Son's wedding.  He always would talk about his children, he loved them alot.  Rest in Peace, Shrek, love ya man.  By the way, Big Shawn, you have beautiful legs, that's an inside joke.  I'm gonna sure miss him.
