Roger Lewis Corbeille, age 93, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014. A native of Wisconsin. Roger will be sadly missed by Betty, his wife of the last 32 years and by his children with first wife, Viola (deceased): Christine Corbeille Orchard (Wally) and Richard E. Corbeille (Nancy). Also survived by his grandchildren Samantha Orchard (Jesse), Genevieve Orchard Warren (Dan), Christopher Corbeille (Emily) and Leon Corbeille, great-grandchildren Elliot Orchard and Benjamin Warren. Roger served with the Army Air Corps in World War II. He was retired geologist from Shell Oil Company after 29 years; and a retired geologist from the United States Mineral Management Services after 27 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 12:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until time of service, with a reception to follow.
