Robert C. Labit

Robert C. Labit, age 74, of Destrehan, Louisiana passed away on Sunday April 1, 2018 with his loving family by his side. Robert was born March 27, 1944 to Alma Ferran Labit and Hugh Claude Labit in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Deborah Saucier Labit; daughter Jennifer Labit Mumford (Greg); grandsons Jackson Paul Mumford and Jacob Robert Mumford. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephew.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother Alma Ferran Labit, father Hugh Claude Labit, and brother Raymond Hugh Labit (Joan Trahan).

Family, friends and Robert's former co-workers of Bergeron Automotive are invited to attend a Visitation for Robert on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Road, Destrehan, Louisiana. A Funeral Mass will begin at 12:00 PM with burial immediately following at Greenwood Cemetery, 120 City Park Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana.
