Rita DiLorenzo Smith, age 91, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Clement J. Smith, Jr. Mother of Judy Smith, Karen Smith Trahan, Clement Smith, III, and Brenda Smith. Grandmother of Robert Trahan, Sabrina Smith and Chelsey Smith. Great grandmother of Rylie Barrilleaux. Sister of the late Dominic DiLorenzo, Anthony DiLorenzo, Sam DiLorenzo, Ralph DiLorenzo, Carmen Mannia, Lucille Folger and Mary Terranova. A parishioner of St. Francis Xavier. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie, LA for the past 60 years. The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Francis Xavier Church, 222 Metairie Rd., Metairie on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. Visitation from 10:30 until time of service at the church.
