Norwood Jatho Jr.

Norwood Jatho, Jr. passed away quietly at his nephew’s home in Abita Springs, LA on Saturday, December 25, 2010 at 2:00 am with his family at his side. Devoted husband of the late Grace Mary Jatho of 64 years. Loving son of the late Adelaide Gadpaille Jatho and Norwood Jatho, Sr. Survived by the sons and daughters of his brothers and the sons and daughters of his late wife’s brothers and sisters. Uncle Jack was a 71 year member of the Masonic Order. He was a founding father of F&AM Square & Compass Lodge #417 in Kenner, LA. He obtained the 32nd degree and was the longest active living member of the Consistory Sea of Louisiana. Age 91 years. A native of Biloxi, MS and a longtime resident of River Ridge, LA.

The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Friday, December 31, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie.
