Louis Paul Lombardi

Louis Paul Lombardi, age 75, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016. Mr. Lombardi was a native of New York City, NY and was a resident of Kenner, LA for the past 40 years. Beloved husband of Nancy Lombardi for 50 years. Father of Paul Lombardi (wife, Nicole) and Christopher Lombardi (wife, Gwen). Grandfather of Nicholas Lombardi, Jessica Lombardi, Logan Lombardi and Lindsay Lombardi. Son of the late Paul Louis Lombardi and Anna Guccione Lombardi. Brother of Agatha Sciancalepore (husband, the late Crescenzo) and the late Geraldine Lombardi. Also survived by nieces, nephews and his beloved cats Watson and Cocoa. Mr. Lombardi was a Marine veteran of the Vietnam Era, was a member of the NRA and enjoyed going to the indoor shooting ranges. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Thursday evening, January 7, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Friday morning, January 8, 2016 beginning at 9:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
