She was preceded in death by her parents Betsy Schefstad Torbert and Lawrence (Totsie) Torbert and her sisters Joanne Santos and Pamela Muller.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Harry Berggren; her son, Harry Berggren, Jr.; 3 grandchildren, Kaelyn, Kamryn, and Harry. Her two brothers Larry Torbert and Michael Torbert. Along with numerous loving nieces and nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial on Sunday, June 18, 2023, between 1:00 and 3:00 pm at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honor may be directed to the Team Gleason Foundation, PO Box 24493, New Orleans, LA 70184.
