John C. Todd III

John C. Todd, III passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at the age of 59. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Yvonne "Cookie" P. Drouilhet and Ray Drouilhet; his son, Kyle Todd; three siblings, Suzanne Todd Hutton, Mark D. Todd and Melissa E. Todd and his fiancée, Bridget Shirley. He is also survived by an uncle, Joseph P. Todd; a nephew, Chris Hutton and a niece, Allison Wilson. He was preceded in death by his father, John C. Todd, Jr.; his maternal grandparents, Earl and Ellen Pursell and his paternal grandparents, John and Evelyn Todd.

John was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Hammond, LA. He graduated from Brother Martin High School in 1981 and worked for over 25 years with the US Postal Service.

A Celebration of John's life will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie, LA. Gathering will be from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm followed by a time of sharing and fellowship with refreshments.
