Jennifer Ann Coon

Jennifer Ann Lacombe Coon of Laplace, Louisiana, age 72, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2023, from Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born on August 18, 1950, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was married to John B. Coon, III.

Jennifer is predeceased by her mother, Helen Ruth Lacombe Kiely, her father, Mitchell Lovide Lacombe, sister, Kathleen Lacombe Vath, and sister, Debbie Lacombe Dennstedt.

Jennifer is survived by her husband of 47 years, John B. Coon, III; Siblings, Michael Lacombe, Peter Lacombe, and Gerry Lacombe; her Children, Dawn M. Collins (David Loiacano), Allen J. Coon (Sheenia), and Darlene A. Smith (Eddie Esquivel); Grandchildren Alex Collins, Chase Robertson, Ryan Collins (Ari), Tori Coon, Tyler Campbell, Madison Coon, and Parker Coon; and Great Grandchildren Alice Campbell, Autumn Robertson, Camille Collins, Charlotte Collins, Cameron Collins, Olivia Collins, Cassian Campbell, Audri Lopez, and Vanessa Lopez.

Please join us in celebrating her life at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 105 Bonnabel Blvd., Metairie, LA 70005, on Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 10:00 am - 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, Masses could be said in her honor.
