Jacqueline S. Frank

Jacqueline “Jackie” Frank, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 and has been reunited with her parents the late Jacob and Jacomina Monteleone Frank. She was also preceded in death her step-mother Mildred Frank.

She is survived by her daughter Karen Weems Washington and her grandchildren Jacelia, Kristen, Seth, Rebecca, Levi, Victoria and Cole, her sisters Dorothy Fraychineaud, Mary Ann Aicklen, and a brother Paul Frank. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jackie was a fan and enjoyed the LSU Tigers, she will be greatly missed.

The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff of Ochsner Hospital and River Regions Hospice for their excellent and compassionate care for Jackie, especially Melissa DerMarcus and Dr. Susan Duong.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001 on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Visitation from 11:00 am until funeral time. Interment will be private at a later date.
