Herbert J. Johnson Sr.

Herbert Joseph “Dick” Johnson, Sr., age 81, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. Beloved husband of Marie Cormier Johnson. Father of Brenda Johnson Richard (Tommy), Julie Jean Johnson, and Herbert Joseph Johnson, Jr. Grandfather of April Richard Gaude (Bryan), Tammy Richard Drumm (Darren), Dustin Joseph Johnson and Jenna Breeze Johnson. Great grandfather Jacob Michael (Drumm) and Travis Allen Gaude. Brother of Roland Johnson, Donald Johnson, the late Gerry Naquin, Eddie Johnson and Harold Johnson. Son of the late Harold L. Johnson, Sr. and Regina Herbert Johnson. Dick was a wonderful devoted husband and father. He retired from RTA after many years of service.

The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 3:00 pm.
