Grand mother-in-law of Shawn A. Tomkins and Mary W. Dale.

Proud great-grandmother of Aiden M. Tomkins.

Sister of Dorothy H. Johnson, Georgia H. Matthews and the late Inez H. Brown and Shirley H. Riddle.

Daughter of the late Myrtis O. Gatlin and George W. Hawkins.

Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Williams was a retired Bookkeeper with Tidewater Marine after many years of service. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Aged 84 years, a native of Lincoln County Mississippi, held various residences in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana and most recently a resident of Metairie, Louisiana.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home Chapel 4747 Veterans Blvd. Metairie, on Thursday morning April 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.

Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Bogue Chitto Cemetery Lee Dr. S.E. in Bogue Chitto, Mississippi.
