Glenda Joyce Borja, age 75, of River Ridge, Louisiana passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 27, 2017. Glenda was born October 4, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Glenda is survived by her spouse, Alphonse F. Borja, Jr.; son Wallace "Seal" Weber, Jr.; brother Robert Q. Nicholson (Denise) and sister Angela Carol Guidry, and a host of grandchildren.
