Esther F. Guillot

Esther Mae Zeringue Fontenot Guillot, 82, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Loving wife of Larry Guillot, Sr. by her second marriage and the late Sisco M. Fontenot by her first marriage. Mother of Wanda Kohlman (David), David Fontenot (Judy), Cheryl Carmouche (Rene), Brian Fontenot (Shelly), and the late Shannon Fontenot. Sister of Myrle Lozes, Lloyd Zeringue, Ray Zeringue, Howard Zeringue, Dorothy Krawczyk, and Melwin Zeringue. Stepmother of Richard Guillot (Lynn), Larry Guillot, Jr. (Judy), Myra Cannino (Nicky), Lucinda Luizza (Anthony), Daughter of the late Steven A. Zeringue and Leila M. Faucheux Zeringue. Esther is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, and 7 step great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Thursday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00 am. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm and Thursday, January 3, 2012 from 8:00am until Mass time. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
