Eric Alexander Barrilleaux

Eric Alexander Barrilleaux was born on June 2, 1978 in New Orleans to parents, Leticia & William Barrilleaux. On Wednesday, March 7th, 2012 Eric’s long battle with chronic illness came to a peaceful end as his internal life with God was started. He is survived by his wife, Erin & two sons, David & Gabriel; parents, William & Leticia; brothers, Mario & William; his in-laws, nieces, nephews & many close friends. Eric was a wonderful husband & father. He had a huge heart that touched many. He will be greatly missed & joyfully celebrated.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services and visitation at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., Metairie. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will folow from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A Celebration of Eric’s Life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at the Barrilleaux Benefit to be held on April 21, 2012.
