Edward "Eddie" Joseph Picou Jr.

Edward “Eddie” Joseph Picou, Jr. was born September 3, 1970 and passed away January 14, 2021 at the age of 50. He is survived by his loving daughter, Erica Angelle Picou and his parents, Edward Joseph Picou, Sr. and Elizabeth DiAnne Picou. He is also survived by his siblings, Necole “Nikkie” Johnston (David) of Carrolton, TX, Angelle “Angel” Keys (Brian) of Collins, MS, Angelique “Angie” Picou of Metairie, LA, and James “Jamie” Picou of Metairie, LA, his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Brendan, Olivia “Libby”, Hailey, Brody, and Landyn; Aunts, Theresa Calamari, Irma Warner, Phyllis Leone, Pammala Craig, and loving cousins to cherish his memory.

Eddie is preceded in death by his uncles and their wives, Mr. & Mrs. Allie John Picou and Mr. & Mrs. Charles Picou.

Eddie never met a stranger. He was always kind and offered a helping hand to those in need. When thinking of Eddie, we think it is best to refer to Matthew 25:31-46,

Mass will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 2PM at St. Benedict’s Abbey in Covington, LA, interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Erica Picou for her future education c/o Angie Picou, please contact the family for more information.
