Clarence “Mack” Terrell McGovern, age 64, joined his heavenly Father on Sunday, February 21, 2010. Beloved husband of Ethel Bergeron McGovern for 42 years. Loving father of Wilson J. Tatman (Susan), Glenn Ray Tatman (Adrienne), Larry J. Tatman (Ann) and David M. Tatman (Maria). Grandfather of Courtney Waguespack, Larry J. Tatman, Jr., Carley Tatman, Morgan Tatman and David Tatman, Jr. Brother of Clara Lecoq, Allen G. McGovern and the late Catherine McGovern, Yvonne Jacobi and Juanita McGovern. “Mr. “Mack” to Anna Claire, Erin and Garrett. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie for the past 30 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie on Thursday, February 25, 2010. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 from 6-9 pm and from 10-1 pm on Thursday. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
