Charles (Chuck) Frederick Huff

Charles (Chuck) Frederick Huff, Notary Public – Kenner - 45 years. Age 85, passed away on July 1, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jelaine Miller Huff; his daughters, Gwendolyn Huff Bailey and Brenda Huff Clinton (Ralph); his four grandchildren, Matthew N. Bailey, Kristin Bailey Trammell (Sean), Joshua R. Clinton and Courtney T. Clinton; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frederick C. Huff, Sr. and Theresa Crummey Huff and his siblings, Frederick C. Huff, Jr., August H. Huff, Joyce H. Watts, and Henry F. Huff. Charles grew up in and attended the Lutheran Church; he was a snare drummer in the Nicholls High School Marching Band and a graduate of Tulane University. Charles was a life-long learner with a passion for aviation and flying out of the lakefront airport. He enjoyed serving people and his community through his Notarial services. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at First English Lutheran Church, 3701 Cleary Ave., Metairie, LA on Friday, July 7, 2017. Visitation at church will begin at 10:00am until service time at 11:00am. Interment at 1:30pm, at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery #1 1322 Louisa St., New Orleans, LA 70117.
