Catherine A. Flaherty, age 84, passed away on Monday April 15, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Flaherty. Sister of Harold “Andy” Anderson and the late Mathilde Wilson. Loving mother of Paul, David, John (Barbara), and Marc Boudousquie, Jeanne B. Kimble (Kenneth), Susan B. DelCorral (Wayne) and the late Linda B. Aymami. Proud grandmother of Jeremy and Ian Aymami, Johnathan and Charles Boudousquie, Stephanie and Stephen Kimble, Wayne Jr., Quinn and Dylan DelCorral, She is also survived by several cousins and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Flaherty was a devoted public health nurse who was a proud Alumni of the Charity School of Nursing. She enjoyed gardening, playing bridge, crawfish boils, and dancing to Cajun music. She was a native of Jackson, MS and a resident of New Orleans at Homelife in the Gardens. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. A mass will be held in her memory on Wednesday, April 24, in the chapel of HomeLife in the Gardens, 1101 Aline St. N.O. 70115 at 9:30am.
