Carol Ann Green Boudreaux, 85, passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday, November 22, 2024. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Metairie, LA for 58 years. She was a proud graduate of Redemptorist High School Class of 1957. She was a parishioner of St. Philip Neri Church and received the Order of St. Louis in 1988. Carol Ann was most proud of her family and loved spending time with them. She also loved to bake for her family, friends and neighbors and was known for her delicious Heavenly Hash and Bread Pudding.
Carol Ann is survived by her husband of 65 years, Wilmer Boudreaux; three children: Ellen Brechtel (Chuck), Terry Boudreaux (Darcie) and Beth Hebbler (Ryan); six grandchildren: Megan Costa, Elizabeth Johnson, Matthew Boudreaux, Riley Boudreaux, Brady Hebbler and Abby Hebbler; four great grandchildren: Colette Costa, Lorelai Johnson, Charlotte Costa and Cate Costa; two sisters: Sister Mary Michaeline Green O.P. and Carolyn Dyer (Emery); nephews: Eddie Dyer and Herb Dyer (Rachael); best friend Barbara McNulty (John) and godchild Cindy McNulty Kitchen. She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Alice O’Neil Green.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Philip Neri Church, 6500 Kawanee Avenue, Metairie, LA on Friday, November 29, 2024 beginning at 10:30 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be in All Saints Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to St. Philip Neri Church.
