Bonnie Gaubert Stewart, age 69, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 . Bonnie was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Kenner, LA. Beloved mother of Shannon Sykes Watkins. Grandmother of Robert Earl Sykes, Jr., Brandon Joseph Sykes, Tiffany Renee Fambro and Mason Dewayne Fambro. Great grandmother of Landon Gregory Sykes and Brock Ledger Sykes. Daughter of the late Thierry Gaubert, Sr. and Mildred Winters Gaubert. Sister of Linda Ricca (Richard), Millie Medina (Joe) and Thierry “Brother” Gaubert, Jr. (Jane). Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and numerous wonderful friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial gathering at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Pkwy., in Metairie, LA on Thursday, May 31, 2012 beginning at 11:00 AM with a Memorial Mass to follow at 1:00 PM in Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home’s chapel.
