Annie C Necaise

Annie Catherine Gullett Necaise passed away on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Samuel J. Necaise, Jr. Mother of Samuel J. Necaise, III (wife, Paula) and Lorita Burga (husband, Bruce). Daughter of the late Loretta Boyd Gullett and Jeff Gullett. Sister of the late Rufene Robinson, Edna Matthews, Nettie Ruth Gilland and Jeddie Gullett. Grandmother of Jonathan Burga and Kimberly Burga (husband, Brian Flaherty). Great grandmother of Madison, Evan, Riley and Connor.

Annie retired from the Hilton Inn in Kenner, LA and moved to Bay St.Louis, MS. where she worked at the Jitney Jungle Supermarket until Katrina.

The family wishes to thank Desireé DiRosa, the staff of Harmony Hospice, their minister, Kirk Kellogg and Tawasha (her special nurse at Metairie Healthcare).

A private service will be held in the Chapel of Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie on Friday, January 28, 2011; at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
