Allen Miller

Allen Miller went home to be with Jesus on Friday, May 6, 2011 at the age of 38 after losing a valiant fight against cancer. He is survived by his devoted mother, Cynthia Miller and his father, Glen Miller; 3 brothers: his twin, Jeffery Miller, Bobby Miller and Chad Miller and his grandmother, Iris Byrd. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cynthia Miller; his grandmother, Edna Miller and his grandfathers: Marion Byrd and Walter Miller. He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Allen was a lifelong resident of Metairie, LA whose passion was hot rods and playing the electric guitar.

Relatives, friends of the family, and members of the First Assembly of God Church are invited to attend the funeral service on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 11:30 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
