Adrian Zang Johnson II passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the age of 82. He was born on November 15, 1940 and was a resident of Destrehan, LA.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. Adrian Zang Johnson and his siblings, June Johnson Schiro and Noel Francis Johnson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carolyn Carney Johnson, their children, Christine Johnson Adams (Darrin) and Eric Johnson (Kerri), and five grandchildren, Meghan Adams (Alexandra), Chandler Adams (Madison), Cameron Adams, Adrian Kenneth Johnson, and Lauren Johnson. He is also survived by his brother, Myron Johnson (Carole) as well as several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, LA. Visitation will be held from 11AM -1PM with a funeral Mass to begin at 1PM. Interment will follow at Metairie Cemetery.
