Patricia Lee Ragsdale

Patricia Lee Ragsdale, 80 of Rowlett, Texas. Formerly of Mesquite, Texas passed away at 2:15 PM on March 29, 2017 in Rowlett, TX surrounded by family. Born December 6, 1936 in Mont Alto, PA. She was the daughter of John A. Lowry and Marion V. Lowry of Mont Alto, PA. Mrs. Ragsdale graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1954. She attended nursing school. She married Perry E. Minnich and moved to Tampa, FL. Where she raised two sons; Dennis L. Minnich and Jeffrey L. Minnich. She later married Charles Burgroff and moved to Mesquite, TX where she raised her third son; Charles Robert Burgroff. She later married Clifton Ragsdale of Mesquite, TX. She was employed by members Mutual in Dallas, TX. She is survived by two sons; Dennis L. Minnich of Rowlett, TX and Charles R. Burgroff of Garland, TX. Two sisters; Jean M. Dice of Chambersburg, PA. and Terry K. Reed of Lugoff, S.C., John I. Lowry of Peak, S.C., Larry D. Lowry of Chambersburg, PA., three grandchildren; Justin A. Minnich and Robin A. Minnich and Gage Wade. One great granddaughter; Kaitlyn M. Minnich. She was preceded in death by husband; Clifton Ragsdale, sister; Dorothy Younger, two brothers; Robert L. Lowry and Charles W. Lowry, her son; Jeffrey L. Minnich, and her grandson; Perry Minnich. Services will be held on April 2, 2017 at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home in Mesquite, TX. The family will receive family and friends in Funeral Home from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to services at 2:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
