Michael James Osterhoudt

Michael James Osterhoudt, age 59, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on Monday July 22, 2019. Michael was born February 8, 1960 in Long Beach, California. Mike was a devoted husband and father. He would help anybody who needed help. Mike also enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. He loved finding vintage toys for all of his grandkids and watching their smiling faces. Mike was a martial artist and studied the style of Aikido.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother Patricia Sherburne, father Hank Osterhoudt, mother-in-law Margaret Rangel, and father-in-law Selvester Rangel. He is survived by his loving wife Isabell Osterhoudt, daughter Sara Salomon and husband Phil; son Michael Osterhoudt II and wife Lupe; grandchildren Michael Osterhoudt III, Jessica Osterhoudt, Jacob Osterhoudt, Maximus Salomon, Luca Salomon, stepmother Jane Osterhoudt, brother Randy Osterhoudt, sisters, Teresa Flohr and husband Steve and Lisa Siegel and her husband, brother-in-laws Johnny Rangel, Selvester Rangel and his wife, Robert Rangel and his wife, Steve Rangel and his wife, Philip Rangel,and many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Anderson Clayton Gonzalez Funeral Home at a later date.
