Larry Nolan Leatherwood was born in Dallas, TX and spent most of his life in Mesquite and Garland area. Larry was born on December 4, 1942 and passed away peacefully on November 10, 2014. He leaves behind two children Elizabeth Phillips and Aaron Leatherwood, 6 grandkids, Lanie, Jonah, Jackson, Trinity, Landri, and Faith. Survived by his brother Glenn Leatherwood, and sisters Linda Gomez, Patsy Poe, and Ginger Hornberg and David Abbott (passed away). He was married to Camilla Grenadier for 22yrs, a wonderful mother and friend.
Larry, was a 32nd degree Master Mason and was a member of the Masonic Lodge # 1305, had his law degree, and was highly regarded in the transportation network as a safety supervisor. He was a Christian, Republican, honored and loved by many. Larry was a wonderful man of his word, believed in the Lord Jesus as his personal savior and walked a life honoring the Lord God Almighty. He was a Praying man and daily prayed for our entire family.
