Joel P. Boyd

Joel is preceded in death by his parents Larry and Sherry Boyd.

Left to cherish Joel's memory is his daughter Cassie Lalonde and her husband Jacob, 5 grandchildren Jacob, Jaycie, Rosabelle, Liam Joe and Ada Kay, his beloved furbaby Lola and numerous other family members and friends.

Joel was an avid Race Car Enthusiast, Fisherman and just loved being on the lake and working on his boats and going camping. Joel was such a fun guy to be around and was always telling stories just to make you laugh and was truly a once in a lifetime friend. Joel's life and legacy will live on forever in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him.

Joel’s Taco Soup

Ingredients:

1 onion chopped

2 cans Rotel Tomatoes

2 cans ranch style beans

1 can creamed corn

1 can whole kernel corn

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 pkg ranch dressing mix

1 can beef broth

Instructions:

In a large pot, brown beef and drain the grease, then add taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix. Add rotel, ranch style beans, and both cans of corn and stir. Gradually add in beef broth until you reach preferred thickness and cook on medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with your favorite shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
