Gustavo Nava Roman

Gustavo Roman Nava, 61, of Dallas, TX sadly passed away on May 6, 2023 surrounded by family. Gustavo was born to Felipe Lazaro Roman and Rosa Maria Nava on December 6, 1961 in Mexico City, Mexico. After leaving Mexico City as a young adult, Mr. Roman went on to serve as a waiter at the Fairmont Hotel in Downtown Dallas. He also did some maintenance work for Knightvest properties located in Dallas, TX. In his free time he enjoyed repairing appliances for friends.

His family will remember him as a man’s man. He was the type of person who would choose to repair something over buying a new one. He valued hard work, honesty, and the value of a man’s word. Although he spent most of his time working, he loved to travel and spend time with his friends and family. He was a wine aficionado with fine taste.

Mr. Roman is survived by his son Gustavo Roman Palacios, his daughter Alicia Roman, his mother Rosa Maria Nava, brothers Felipe Roman, Oscar Roman, Ricardo Roman, Miguel Roman, Juan Roman and sister Ivonne Cantu. He leaves behind three grandchildren.
