Dorothy Isabel Rogers born September 25, 1927 in Bedford, Texas went home to meet the Lord on November 15, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 93. She married Charles Raymond Rogers on September 16, 1950. She was a member of Eastridge Park Christian Church, Mesquite. She retired from Sears Roebuck and CO, April 30, 1989 after 27 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Rogers, sons Charles L. Rogers and Glenn A. Rogers, grandson Nicholas A. Ray, sister Eloise Smith and parents Harold H. and Virgie Rumph.
She is survived by her son Bobby L. Rogers, daughter Debra L. Ray, grandchildren Amber Hartman, Melissa Folsom, Glen Ray, Paul Ray and Brittany Ray, sister Virginia Lockhart, brother Harold H. Rumph, Jr., many great-grandchildren, friends and family.
Dorothy was always known for the smile she carried on her face, her sweet spirit and her fierce love and loyalty to her children and grandchildren.
