Doris Ann Tillison

Doris was a very loving and caring wife and mother. She enjoyed working with her crafts and fishing. She also enjoyed the outdoors. She loved all her kids , grandkids and great grandchildren with all her heart. She was a friend to many. Anyone could call her at anytime and if she could do anything to help she would. She was active in her church for many years. She was one of the long time members of her church. Doris was a very special and loving woman.

Doris was predeceased in death by her Father Garry Abner Mother Rosie Abner and Brother Johnny Abner.

She is survived by her brother Doyle Abner and his wife Suzie

Daughter Anita and granddaughters Danit Chaney and husband Jay Chaney

Christi Whitmore and husband Tim Whitmore

Stephanie Green and husband Brad Green

Son Donald Tillison and wife Ginger Tillison and grandchildren Jennifer Black and husband Jeff Black

Derek Tillison and wife Brittany Tillison

Daughter Dorothy Mason and husband Brett Mason and granddaughter Brittany Short and husband Jeff Short

Doris was Blessed with 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Doris will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Doris will be held Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home, 1111 Military Parkway, Mesquite, Texas 75149. A funeral service will occur Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1111 Military Parkway, Mesquite, Texas 75149. A committal service will occur Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park, 12649 Lake June Rd., Balch Springs, Texas 75180.
