He took pride in a job well done and that is reflected by his great relationships with the companies and people he worked with. On his time off, he enjoyed fishing, camping, running marathons, skydiving, and family gatherings with all of his grandkids around. In recent years, he spent his mornings drinking coffee by the lake and making friends with local fisherman. Many lives were improved by his presence and companionship.
David served his country faithfully in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal in Marine Air Guard 24 and will be laid to rest with Military Honors at DFW National Cemetery due to his Honorable and Faithful service.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather but mostly he was just a great friend to so many people. We will never forget the mark that he left on our lives and his memory and legacy will live in our hearts and minds forever.
