Angier E McGee Jr.

Passed away on March 31, 2016, with his loving family by his side. He was born on August 2, 1932 to Angier Sr. and Mable McGee, in Dallas, Texas. Angier graduated from Forest Avenue High School in 1952, he married Patsy on August 22, 1973 in Dallas, Texas, and worked as an electronic engineer for most of his life. He loved animals, especially cats. Angier enjoyed photography, reading, and was a self-taught musician, playing the guitar, mandolin, piano, banjo, violin, harmonica, melodic, and harpsicord. He is survived by, his daughter, Laura M Lewis and husband Tim of Quinlan, Texas; granddaughter, Jennifer Lewis White and husband Matthew of Dallas, Texas; grandson, Joseph Lewis and wife Hollie of Mesquite, Texas; five great grandchildren; brother, William M McGee and wife June of Arlington, Texas; and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded by his parents; wife Patsy McQueen McGee; and son, Troy G McQueen Jr. Visitation for Angier will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Gonzalez Funeral Home from 4-6 pm. Services will take place on Monday April, 4, 2016 at Gonzalez Funeral Home in the Chapel at 11 am with internment to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
