Ana Maria Trevino, age 87, entered into rest on October 24, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. She entered into life on January 19, 1934 in Monterrey NL, Mexico, to Guadalupe and Maria Sanchez. Ana Maria was raised in Monterrey NL, Mexico and graduated from Secretarial School Monterrey NL, Mexico in 1949.
She married Jose G. Trevino in 1950 and the couple had eight children. She was a housewife, caring for and raising her wonderful family.
In her spare time she enjoyed spending her time in the Christian ministry teaching people about Jehovah God and his Kingdom, reading her Bible and spending time with her brothers and sisters in the congregation. She also enjoyed traveling with her family and friends and cooking for the ones she loved.
Her family and friends will always remember her as 'Mami Ana', 'Wela', 'Tia Anita', and 'La Hermana Trevi'. She was well known as a loving, caring and kind person.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose G. Trevino; parents, Guadalupe Sanchez and Maria Sanchez; aunt, Angelita Zuniga; sister, Esperanza Soto; brother-in-law, Albino Soto; sister, Alicia S. Carrizales; brother-in-law, Roberto B. Carrizales; brother, Salvador Sanchez; and sister-in-law, Olivia Sanchez; brother-in-law Felipe Escobar; and brother-in-law Juan Soto.
Ana Maria is survived by her sons and daughters, Josefina Gonzalez, Jose J. Trevino, Mary Ann Trevino, Carol Minshew, Edward Trevino, Joe Trevino, Virginia Sotelo, and Gloria Trevino; sons-in-law, Rene G. Gonzalez, Ray L. Minshew, and Gustavo Sotelo; her daughters-in-law, Blanca Trevino, Rosa Trevino, and Debbie A. Trevino; brother and sisters, Mary Escobar, Priscilla Soto, Francisco Sanchez, Martha Garcia; cousin, Guadalupe Castillo; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many loved nieces and nephews.
