William Edward Tynor Jr.

After growing up in the Joliet, Illinois (Ingalls Park) area, Bill worked as a Systems Administrator for several companies during his 74 years of life, including St. Joseph Hospital, Phelps Dodge, City of Mesa, Northern Automotive and Unisys Corp.

Bill, along with his wife Jeanne and their son Eric, moved to sunny AZ in 1985 after several years living in New Hope and Maple Grove, Minnesota. Bill enjoyed sprint car races, reading and traveling with his loving wife Jeanne. Their most frequent travel destinations included Reno and Laughlin, Nevada.

Bill is preceded in death by his loving wife Jeanne Lynn Tynor (née Kubesh), his parents William Edward Tynor Sr. and Elizabeth Grace Tynor (née Surdey), his maternal grandparents John Nathaniel and Mary Pauline Surdey (née Schneider ), and his paternal grandparents Guy and Marie Hill ( née Rostan).

Bill is survived by his two sons William Edward Tynor, III , and Eric Francis ( Lisa) Tynor, Sister Debra Elizabeth (Gregory) Heckler, brother Robert LeRoy (Ellen) Tynor. His Grandchildren Jason Munari, Ash Tynor, Victoria Tynor, Jamie Tynor & Trinity Tynor along with several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Per family wishes, there will not be a public memorial service. A private Celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Bill’s memory to their preferred charity.
