Born to Victor and Esther Ruth Wells in Anthony, Kansas, in 1948, she was the youngest of three children. She was preceded by her brothers, Lowell and Leonard.
Vickie grew up in Oklahoma with her family and graduated from Yukon High School in 1966. She later married Ronnie Dale Davis and became a US Navy spouse, as well as a mother to her children Victor, Danielle, and Rachelle.
She loved playing bingo and watching baseball, GO D-BACKS! If you knew her, you'd know she never met a teddy bear she didn't like no matter the shape, size, color or outfit. Her long-lasting hobby was collecting these furry beloved friends from wall to wall in her home. Her tiny dogs, Taco and Bambi, were her world. She was also known to enjoy her personal rolled cigarettes, a cup of black coffee, a diet coke, ice cream days with Brooklyn, DIY projects, and country music.
She will be remembered for her "Do Nothing Mondays", being "Mom" to all, being soft, but tough, always making time for family, and being a hard worker.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Esther Wells, as well as her grandson, Trevon Bowls.
She is survived by her brothers, Lowell and Leonard Wells; by her children, Victor Davis, Danielle Bowls, and Rachelle Davis; by her grandchildren, Alexa, Cami, Jackson, Robert, Brooklyn, Serena, Anikin, Tidus, and Aleena; and her great-grandchildren, Paxton, Lilith, and Mila.
